I am an assistant professor in the Department of Communication at Clemson University where I research and teach classes at the intersection of public relations, social media, and strategic communication. I received a doctorate from the University of Tennessee ('20) in Communication and Information.

I am passionate about education and research in my role as a faculty member. I am equally passionate about working with industry professionals to develop, execute, and audit strategic communication efforts. I have more than a decade of experience in social listening and intelligence, along with certifications in various tools including Sprinklr, Quid, and Sprout Social.
